Can’t upload file: Data is missing statusCode property

Continued from this topic Album avec une seule piste nommé différemment

Hello @Melani,

Thank you very much for your replies, but you merged two topics that weren’t directly related and closed the thread without waiting for my approval, that’s not very considerate.

I understand that I can’t have a single track with a different name. I found a workaround by putting the last 50 seconds or so on a second track. So this problem is resolved, even though I’m frustrated that I can’t release my project as originally planned due to technical limitations. Technology should serve art, not the other way around.

Now there’s another issue that hasn’t been resolved. I can’t import the first track at 24-bit/96 kHz. I’m getting the following error message.

This is a technical issue that has nothing to do with the first issue. If I import the same track at 24-bit/48 kHz, I don’t have this problem. I have a 24-bit/96 kHz master, and that’s the one I want to send to the platforms, especially the sales platforms that support lossless formats. Your guidelines state that you support 24-bit/96 kHz, so this must be a technical glitch/bug.

Hello @WOLZT , can you do troubleshooting and try again? If the audio file has supported parameters, then you should not encounter any issues. If yes, please check the specs once again.

Best,

Hello @Melani,

Thank you but I’ve always had a hard time understanding why I’m never taken seriously on this forum.

I’ve been releasing music for nearly 10 years, and I’ve worked in IT for 20 years. I know how to identify a file and upload it. If I’m telling you there’s a bug, it’s because there is a bug.

I tried again, and unsurprisingly, I got the exact same error.

Here’s a screenshot with the specs, in case that helps you take me seriously:

And here’s a screenshot showing the specs for the second track, which loads without any problems:
