Dear iMusician,
I paid for a release and i received an e-mail with changes to be made due to some platforms new rules.
Instead, i log into iMusician, i had the Action Required pop-up, I did nothing since i wanted to cancel that release. I cancelled the release and created a new one. I paid for the new release and selected different platforms. That new release is all fine
My Question : can you please confirm me when i will get the refund for the first invoice :
(DELETED BY ADMIN) and if yes, will it be refund as refund on my payment method or will i have that amount in my favor on my iMusician account ?
also i have some ghost “Action required” request from that first release and i do not know how to delete it (since no action will be taken as the release is cancelled).
