Confirmation of date / refund of payment / Ghost Action Required request for a cancelled release

Dear iMusician,
I paid for a release and i received an e-mail with changes to be made due to some platforms new rules.

Instead, i log into iMusician, i had the Action Required pop-up, I did nothing since i wanted to cancel that release. I cancelled the release and created a new one. I paid for the new release and selected different platforms. That new release is all fine :slight_smile:

My Question : can you please confirm me when i will get the refund for the first invoice :
(DELETED BY ADMIN) and if yes, will it be refund as refund on my payment method or will i have that amount in my favor on my iMusician account ?

also i have some ghost “Action required” request from that first release and i do not know how to delete it (since no action will be taken as the release is cancelled).

Please do not share invoice numbers. What is the barcode of the release in question ?
