Hello iMusician team. I need you to move my releases to our correct channel. I don’t know why, some of the releases have been gone on a new youtube topic channel.

Wouldn’t it make more sense to simply move all releases from both Topic channels to the OAC?

Thank you for your reply.

I would like to clarify the situation regarding my YouTube Topic Channels.

The YouTube Topic Channel that I provided in my previous message is the correct Topic Channel for my releases, and it is already merged with my official YouTube channel (OAC). The iMusician team previously helped me unify this Topic Channel with my YouTube channel.

I also have several older releases on this same Topic Channel that were originally distributed through another distributor. These releases are already correctly placed on the Topic Channel I provided.

When I started releasing music through iMusician, some of my new releases were automatically assigned to a different/new YouTube Topic Channel. This is why I contacted you and asked for those releases to be moved to my existing and correct Topic Channel from the link above that i had provided.

So, to clarify, I am not asking you to move everything from both Topic Channels directly to the OAC. My OAC is already connected/merged with the Topic Channel above.

What I need is for the iMusician releases that were placed on the wrong/new Topic Channel to be moved to my existing Topic Channel above, which is already associated with my OAC and also contains my previous releases from another distributor.

Please let me know if you need any additional information from me to complete the transfer.

Yes I understand the context @TarafulEDM, but instead of requesting individual remaps we can request the merge of the entire topic channel to the OAC (regardless if another topic channel is already associated to it, its not a replacement).

To you it will be the same thing, so we’ll go ahead and do that.
