I cannot see my Release on the platforms

Hi @Carlos, looping on this topic as I’m looking for similar problems to explain why my release is not visible on everey platform.
Are we informed (we the customers of iMusician) that the release is rejected from one platform?
How can we get the information?

@Andi, I don’t know what to do to get an answer. We’re 1 week after expected date of release everywhere and I still see the album only on YouTube Music (not Spotify, Deezer, Apple nor Amazon). Can you help me?

Update: There seems to have been a technical issue during the delivery process, sorry about that! We’ve re-delivered the release to the shops and it should be available within the next 1-3 days :slight_smile:
