I can't add an ISNI number to my artist profile

Hello,

An artist whose music I distribute has just received an ISNI number, but when I try to add it to their artist profile on my iMusician dashboard, the number won’t save. Is this a known bug? What should I do?

There aren’t any specific errors, but when I close the panel and reopen it, the number hasn’t been saved.
