I didn't get refund for take down

Hi. I had to do some edits on my song, so I had it taken down BEFORE it was delivered to shops, and it was stated that I will have a refund for that. Information about the song: Name: Elveda Date of Payment: 7 September 2023 Invoice (DELETED BY MODERATOR) and Barcode 4066218861846.

A “takedown” is only possible if the release has been delivered to the shops in the first place (because you “take down” the release from the shops it was delivered to) :slight_smile:
