I need a refund

I attempted to release an album through iMusician for only Instagram and Facebook, which I was having trouble distributing to with my other distributor. I received a message that it can’t be done because it’s already with another distributor on other platforms. Therefore, I need a refund. Thank you.

I understand, but why would you try to re-distribute a release with us while it’s already online via a different distributor ? It’s clearly explained here that this is not allowed :thinking:
