My song does not appear on Melon on the scheduled release date

Hello. My song was schedueld to release on 28 June 2025 on various platforms, including Melon. One day has lasped sicne the scheduled relesae date but I still can’t find my song on the designated platform.
Could you please help?

Hey @juju,

The release was delivered to Melon on 17.06.2025, now it’s up to them to decide whether they accept to host it or not. If you don’t see the release on the platform in the next couple of weeks, then unfortunately that’ll mean they rejected it :confused:

Could you please give me a response?
I paid for release for two other songs. However, the digital release of all my 3 songs on Melon flopped. I still can’t see any of them going live.
I hope I can get an explanation. Thank you for your assistance.
