Pre-upload question about store exclusions and release review

Hi, I’m considering using iMusician for an upcoming release, but I need confirmation before uploading anything.

Can iMusician exclude specific stores before delivery, especially Apple Music, iTunes, Shazam, and Snapchat, while still delivering to Spotify, YouTube Music, TikTok/Instagram, Amazon Music, Deezer, Tidal, and other selected stores?

If a release is flagged during QC, can I submit ownership proof such as original ISRC, prior release history, takedown confirmations, distributor records, producer/beat license, and original audio files for manual review?

If one store rejects a release, does that usually affect only that store/release, or can it affect the entire account?

Can I reuse the same ISRC for a re-release if the audio is unchanged?

I’m asking before uploading so I can make sure the release is submitted correctly. Thank you.

b) you can contact the support for specific requests
c) it not always affect the other store
d) see with iMusician support

I’ll wait for iMusician Support/Carlos to confirm officially. The main things I need written confirmation on are:

  1. I can exclude Apple Music, iTunes, Shazam, and Snapchat before delivery.
  2. I can still deliver to Spotify, YouTube Music, TikTok/Instagram, Amazon Music, Deezer, Tidal, and other selected stores.
  3. If QC flags the release, I can submit ownership proof for manual review.
  4. A store rejection would not automatically close my entire account.
  5. I can reuse the same ISRC if the audio is unchanged.

Yes that’s possible.

Yes, of course. If you already own your ISRCs, you can enter them straight away when placing the order.

It usually only affects that specific store.
