Release stuck on "Approved, sending to stores" for over a week - Sep 4 release

Hi,

My album Expose / Exist (Vaelthunder, UPC 4069493936759) has been showing
“Approved, sending to stores” for over a week and is still not live on
Spotify or Apple Music.

Release date is September 4. I understand delivery happens within the 15
business days before release, but I’d like to confirm the expected delivery
date, as I have promotion scheduled that depends on the release being live
in stores.

Can you let me know?

Your release was delivered to all DSPs on the 10th of August and it will go live on the 4th of September.

Any reason why I can’t still see it on the stores as an upcoming release and see the artist listed?

Also I can’t claim the artist page. Wanted to be able to setup a few other things (lyrics on other platforms, link to Spotify for Artists, etc. but so far nothing is unlocked).

Thanks for the artist links. Already submitted for Spotify.

Apple Music shows the artist when claiming, but not the album, so it doesn’t let me finish the process, since I have to select an album or song to do so. Anything you can do on your end?

The other streaming services don’t show anything when searching (tried Tidal, Deezer, Amazon Music) - if you have the artists URIs or links, send me those too, please.

Unfortunately no. You will have to wait for the release to go live in order to claim the profile.

We don’t have acces to other profiles at this stage. Please wait for the release to go live and then you’ll be able to claim all your profiles.
