Release submitted but not checked since 18 days

Hello dear iMusician support,

I have submitted two releases on July 12th for a release next week on August 7th. Up until now, it’s still on “submitted” with no sign of being checked by your QA. In my experience, it might take up to a week for streaming platforms to release something, so I am worried that the original release date will not be possible anymore. Can you check what is going on here?

The releases are called “F” and “Verpixelt” by “Evan Freyer”. EANs are 6427389273056 and 4071624031165. Thanks in advance!
