Releases not appearing on Sportify Upcoming nor on Beatport Pre-Save

Hi,

I scheduled two releases 3 weeks ago. It is supposed to go live on May 30th, but it still doesn’t appear under Upcoming Releases in my Spotify for Artists account, nor on Beatport pre-save pages.

The release status currently shows as “Delivered” for both.

How can I verify that the releases will actually be delivered to the stores on time? I’m asking because Spotify requires tracks to be pitched at least 1 week before the release date.

The tracks are called Wait For Me (Radio Edit) and Wait For Me (Extended Mix)

Hi, It was not released on my spotify profile, it was released on new spotify profile. EAN 4069493847833 and EAN 4069493847819.
