Royalties missing


because of my mistake, I entered the wrong details of my bank account and didn’t received money. They are marked as “Paid”, but I don’t have them. It’s from October and September.

I have talked with you support. They told me that accounting department will take care of this, but I have been waiting since 24 march and no answer.

Maybe that’s why I have free account now?

Normally this isn’t an issue as the payment would just return to us and we would re-sent it with the correct data.
