I’m unsure if there is an issue causing the delay. Why is it taking so long?

As explained here:
If the status of your payout is still “Pending” after 30 days it means that our team is running some additional checks before our payment can be initiated. As a result your payout may be delayed as these verifications take time.
My two payments have just been cancelled… why? They have been on hold for over 60 days, from July to September. Do I need to reprocess them?
