Track count on single release

Hi there. Hope all is well!
I chose iMusician solely cause it was informed online I could release a single with 3 tracks. Now I’m trying to release these 3 tracks in my “single” but I can’t seem to conclude the process.

Can you help me with that?

I’m attaching an image below so you can see what happens. A red line appears behind the track title, that might mean something.

I ask please that you guys help me in succeeding with that, cause I prepared everything for the campaign based on the fact that you guys could release 3 tracks in a single. So the promotion’s been grounded on that, the cover art, etc.
