hi @ULYSSE first of all I’d like to ask you if your question regards a song you released. If that’s the case and you have an EAN code (that’s the European equivalent to the UPC code used in the States). Both EAN and UPC can be used as both are internationally accepted. If you can give us some more info on what you need the UPC code for, we can surely give you a more detailed info.

je peux fournir les ISRC de chacune de ces 5 chansons.
Oui RUPTURE MUSIC avant changé pour RUPTURE INC ( selon mon conseil ) … il y a maintenant 12 chansons sur l’album RENAISSANCE

JE PRÉCISE QUE JE POSSÈDE 0 % DES BANDES MAÎTRESSES DES 7 AUTRES CHANSONS DE L’ALBUM RENAISSANCE INC OU RUPTURE MUSIC MAIS 100% DES CHANSONS DONT VOUS AVEZ MAINTENANT LES LIENS. Je n’ai besoin que d’un enregistrement formel de mes éditions. Il manque l’UPC. je peux donner les ISRC des 5 chansons par courriel privé.

Unfortunately, there’s not much we can do as we would violate someone else’s privacy. If you own the rights to those releases, you should find a way to communicate with the account owner. This appears to be a controversy that goes beyond our responsibilities.
