Upcoming release not showing up on Spotify for Artists profile

Hello there!

I uploaded my album to iMusician via the Rockstar one time payment package and I received a confirmation email to say you received my release on 17 June. My album is set for release on 22 July. I can’t yet see the album on the Upcoming tab of my Spotify for Artists profile. Please can you help me fix this?

Thank you in advance

Hello @AnnaPhillipsMusic

I tag the iMusician support @Carlos to confirm your release is planned for 22 July.

Thank you! I would love to be able to submit a track via Spotify for Artists to be considered to be featured on one of their playlists. So, hopefully it appears as an upcoming release on my Spotify account soon

Thanks again and I hope to hear from Carlos.

Hello @AnnaPhillipsMusic,

Spotify has mapped the release to this artist profile, which you can now claim and submit the pitch from: Anna Phillips | Spotify

Kind regards,

Hi Carlos,

Thank you for your reply. I already have a Spotify for Artists profile:

I have looked into it on Spotify’s side to see if this is something they can help with on their end. The form for filling out if your music is on the wrong profile only works for released music.

Is this something you could rectify from iMusician’s side, please? Or do I need to do some more digging to work out how to solve it from Spotify’s side?

Thanks again!

Anna

Hey @AnnaPhillipsMusic,

We’ve sent a request to Spotify, hopefully they’ll be able to fix this in time for the release date. On your end, please map your artist name to the existing profiles on the iMusician dashboard:

Hey Carlos,

Thank you so much! I have mapped my artist name to the existing profiles on the iMusician dashboard - thank you for the helpful screenshot:)

All the best,

Anna

You’re welcome :sunflower:
