I have a question regarding the releases I am uploading right now. Normally, when there is an issue during the upload of music, the error is clearly shown in iMusician, allowing me to easily correct it—whether it is in the release, tracks, distribution, or overview section. I really appreciate this functionality, and I have done corrections wherever needed. However, I have one release where all checkmarks are green, and I am ready to proceed to payment. But when I try, a message appears: “Erforderliche Informationen fehlt” (“Required information missing”). I have checked everywhere—release, tracks, distribution, and overview—even my track overview shows all green checkmarks. How can I figure out what needs to be done here? I urgently need to get this live in the shops. Could you assist me or check internally if I provide the UPC number?
I would like to ask a quick follow-up question regarding the same issue. I have now encountered the same problem again with another release. All checkmarks in the sections Release, Tracks, Distribution, and Overview are green, but when I try to proceed to the payment step, the system again shows the message:

Since this has now happened more than once, I would like to know how I should handle this situation in the future. If this message appears again, should I always contact support through this thread, or is there another recommended way to resolve or report this type of issue?
