€40 was debited from my PayPal account

Hello,

I just tried to pay for a subscription using PayPal. €40 was debited from my PayPal account, but in my iMusician account, I still see the Starter plan, and the Orders tab says that the €39 invoice is unpaid. What happened? Why hasn’t my plan been upgraded?

Please upgrade my plan or refund money

You can have access to email support if you’re subscribed to one of our AMPLIFY plans.

Regarding your payment issue: please look into this with PayPal directly. If the invoice is still marked as “unpaid” on our end, it means something went wrong with your account/transfer and we didn’t receive the money. PayPal usually refunds these failed transactions within 2-3 days.
