Abo-Modelle für klassische Musik

Guten Tag,

Tetiana

Hello @Tetiana, thank you for reaching out

This limit only applies to the artists you credit as “main” in your releases. This doesn’t apply to composers or other contributors.

Hi Carlos,

Thank you for your quick response. So, AMPLIFY+ (with 2 artists) would be sufficient, right?

I have two more questions:

  1. On the iMusician website, it is recommended to use the Amplify subscription for classical releases. What is the reason behind this?

  2. If I, for example, choose Pachelbel as the composer and myself as the main artist, will Pachelbel be displayed first and myself second in the sequence (please see screenshot example attached)

? For example, on Spotify? The reason I ask is that TuneCore could not display it this way—i.e., with the composer first and then the main artist. If I wanted this, I had to choose Pachelbel as the main artist as well.

Thank you in advance and kind regards,

Tetiana

Hey @Tetiana,

Yeah AMPLIFY+/2 artists is enough if you’re not distributing more than 2 main artists. Regarding your questions:

  1. Classical Music distribution is only available for AMPLIFY, AMPLIFY+ and AMPLIFY Pro subscribers. You cannot do it if you’re on the Starter Plan.
  2. I’d say that the main artist will be displayed first and then the composer. Unless you’re crediting the composer as an actual artist, there isn’t really a way to customize in which order the names are displayed

Hi @Carlos
Thank you - this is helpful.

I have one last question: If I for example start with AMPLIFY and during the year I decide to distribute more than two releases, can I change to AMPLIFY+? If so, do I have to pay the full amount then or only the difference between the price of AMPLIFY and AMPLIFY+?

Thank you and kind regards,

Tetiana

Glad it helped @Tetiana !

If you upgrade from AMPLIFY to AMPLIFY+, the change will be done instantly and the remaining days of your previous subscription will be set off against the price difference of the new one
