my account email address was recently updated by your support team after I confirmed my identity. However, I am now unable to log in.
When I try to reset my password, I do not receive any recovery email, even though I am using the new, updated email address.
Could you please assist me with recovering my account?

Please sign up with your new email address rather than log in. Your account will automatically be linked to your new email
