Active subscription not recognized + open release created by mistake

Hello,

I have an active annual subscription that I paid on November 24 (€29), but the support bot tells me that I don’t have an active subscription and prevents me from contacting support.

I also have:
– one release with status “open”, created by mistake, that I would like to have removed.
– one album (Déviation) with a release date set for today, and I would like to make sure everything is fine with it.

Could you please check my subscription status and help me with these two points?

if you have an active subscription you are entitled to get direct email support.
Make sure to contact us directly from your account using the correct email address (here are the instructions). Let me know if you need further support and I’ll be happy to follow up here :slight_smile:

Thanks for your reply Maurizio.
I’m logged in with the correct email address and I do have an active subscription, but when I follow the instructions from my account I’m still redirected to the bot / FAQ and can’t access any email support form.
Could you please help escalate this or remove the open release directly from your side?

Hey @apreslamer

No, you paid for the distribution of your release EAN 4069493543766. You don’t have any annual subscription at the moment and that’s why you don’t have access to email support :slight_smile:

To delete the open release, click on it in your release library and go to Modifier > Supprimer
