I hope you are doing well. I recently paid for the release of my track “Oyee” by Alan J, and the digital release date was set for 21/12/2024. However, I have noticed that the release is still not live, and I would like to check on its status.

Could you please confirm if there are any delays or issues with the release? Additionally, I would appreciate it if you could provide an estimated timeframe for when it will go live on streaming platforms. If there are any required actions from my end, such as metadata updates or quality check concerns, kindly let me know so I can address them promptly.

For reference, the EAN for this release is 4069493145632. I would also like to ensure that the distribution process is correctly proceeding to all selected platforms. Please let me know if there are any technical or processing-related delays.
