Album Upload Disappeared After Payment Error

Hello,

After spending several hours uploading an album, including audio files and metadata, and resolving a number of metadata details, we proceeded to payment. When we attempted to pay, an error message appeared.

While clicking around afterward, we were prompted to enter tax information, so I entered the tax ID for Belarca Records. I then tried clicking “Pay” again, but nothing happened. When I returned to the dashboard, the album upload was no longer there and appears to have been erased.

Since I began working on this upload yesterday, I am hoping the system may have saved or backed up the project and that it can be recovered.

Log into your iMusician account and go to Account > Order overview to pay your pending invoice :slight_smile:

Thank you very much for your reply. Will you be able to recover my album in your system? I am happy to pay the fee. I have tried both visa and amex and your system is declining it. I have authorized the transactions with both visa and amex. They say it is an issue with your processing department. What are the next steps?

Hello, I was able to use my amex card through paypal. Strange but that worked. Thanks for your time.

We were unaware that the release moves from the “dashboard” to “library” once it has been completed. Apologies for our confusion.
