Yes, you can create a Spotify artist page with AMPLIFY or AMPLIFY+ (but it is impor,tant to try to have a unique name that does not exist already).

Yes you can re-distribute with AMPLIFY or AMPLIFY+ a release that you’ve previously released with the Free subscription. To do so:
- Request a takedown of the release;
- Wait for 2-4 weeks while the takedown is being processed by the platforms;
- Re-create the release with your new subscription plan.
