Amplify plus BUT here i am

I’m with amplify plus, AND when i ask a question i’m supposed to get an answer directly from I’musician team…but the answer i received whas “you need to go to the community”.
no way, guys…I’m PAYING for full support…
WTF is happeing ???

You’re right, with AMPLIFY and AMPLIFY+, you get email support. I think you were already in touch with @Melani , is there an issue with the emails?
