Amplify subscribed support email unattended

Hello,
I uploaded a new release over the weekend EAN 7xxxxxxx7 right after uploading and sending I noticed one of the Audio’s was wrong. So to speed things up, I subscribed to the Amplify+ plan and went inside the release and requested a change, which opened a chat box to send a message. I received a confirmation of the message but two days have gone by and nothing has been attended. In fact I even received the " Your release ‘X’ is on its way!" email without the requested change done to the release. Can you please look at the support tickets. It is sad that after paying for Amplify+ the emails are still not attended. It said not to send duplicate emails, so that is why I am asking for help in the forum.

Thanks, it looks like after you tagging some employees, finally they paid attention to my premium request and performed the changes. This said, it is a bit sad to purchase Amplify + and find out that one has to go to the free forum to get results. Thanks
