Amps, credits etc... This is really messed Up with the new subscription!

I basically bought promotional amps that would be used to release my music (single, EPs, albums and youtube) with an Amplify + subscription.

Now you are telling me release are free, cool! But what about those AMPs ??? I am not gonna use 3200 amps on mastering, I already master myself, what was the point of giving promotional AMP this start of the year if you knew about changing subscription plan again !!!

Please let me have refund over these AMP, as I am not gonna change subscription any way…

I regret to inform you that we are unable to process refunds for invoices that are older than 14 days. Since you bought your Amps 8 months ago (on 27.11.2023), I’m afraid we cannot go further with your request.
