Que se passa com o suporte de apoio que não responde neste momento às nossas dúvidas?
Ficaram-me de me aprovar um lançamento após retificações num espaço de quase 2 semanas, mandam-me uma notificação a dizer para retificar quando eu já retifiquei, manda-se emails e nada, nem sequer na plataforma de lançamento respondem!
Sou obrigado a mudar de distribuidora, não?

Hi @CinoakaDJCino, I see my colleague Cayo answered to your last email on the 20th of October regrading your upcoming release 4066218885859. I see there is an issue with the artwork that includes additional information and you were asked to remove the green and red boxed in the cover art.
I could see you are a longtime customer and therefore you have gone through many quality checks before. As you might have experienced, music industry is changing at a fast pace and shops are updating (strengthening, in my view) their guidelines. Lately, we got an update from Spotify that is accepting only artworks with release title + artist name. Anything else is considered additinal information, as Apple Music (you might be aware of this).
As one of our principle but also goal we are committed to deliver quality content, that is complying to shops’ guidelines. I hope you can understand our effort and if you would like to proceed with such artwork, I can suggest you that we leave out Apple Music and Spotify. Otherwise, please consider to change the artwork in respect of the guidelines.

o problema é que para mudar a capa, voçês tem de me enviar uma notificação (como se pode ver na figura em anexo) em como não passou mais uma vez no controle de qualidade, e a informar as mudanças que eu tenho a fazer, inclusive mudar também a data de lançamento. Sem isso não posso fazer nada. Nem sequer o sistema me deixa editar nada.

The problem is that to change the cover, you have to send me a notification (as you can see in the attached figure) that you have not passed quality control once again, and inform me of the changes that I have to make, including also change the release date. Without it I can’t do anything. The system doesn’t even let me edit anything.
