"Artist Already Exists"

hello,

i just created my account this past weekend. during the music release and distribution flow in the iMusician platform i created a new artist (my band name) called “the hercs”. something went wrong and i had to start over. during troubleshooting i deleted my artist “the hercs” from my account.

now when i go to add the artist back it says the artist already exists. when i click “use existing artist” i’m presented with an endless loading window.

i’ve tried logging in and out, waiting a couple of days. and using a different web browser entirely. the artist name belongs to me and i literally just added it a couple days ago.

i need the artist name to be linked back to my account or deleted from iMusician’s systems so i can add it back myself. i’ve already tried emailing support and have not heard back in a couple of days.

hi @pants , I am not sure if I did understand this well, do you already have published music under the name of the hercs or is this the first time? I’m tagging also @Carlos from the Team to take a look at this :v:

@pants had no issue to create the artist name “the hercs” on your profile :point_down:

Most likely it was just a matter of refreshing the page.
