Artist Mapping Error - Apple Music & Spotify

Hello, I am reporting a mapping error for my new release and would like to request a correction.

Artist Name: YSO (Must be all caps)

Release Title: at sixteen

Release Date: 24.04.2026

ISRC: CH6542664508

  1. Apple Music Issue:

My release is wrongly linked to an “Yso”. I need a new artist profile created for “YSO” (all caps) as I don’t have one yet. Please request an artist separation from Apple.

  1. Spotify Issue:

I have my correct Spotify profile link saved in my Library > Artists section, but it doesn’t seem to have linked correctly during delivery. My release is appearing on a different artist’s page. Could you please help fix the mapping to my saved profile?

I have provided all the necessary information in my library beforehand to avoid this. I would appreciate a prompt escalation to the technical team to resolve this as soon as possible.

I’m writing to let you know that I’ve already contacted Apple Music and Spotify directly, and the mapping issue is now fully resolved. No further action is needed from @Carlos or the support team regarding this matter. Thanks again for your help!
