Bonjour la sortie du premier titre de mon groupe à bien été ajouté sur les plateformes mais elle fait partie d’un autre artiste ayant le même nom qui n’est pas le bon, est il possible de créer un nouveau profil “Tal Rasha” avec cette sortie ? Merci

Bonjour, je vous envoi ce message pour savoir ou en est la création d’une nouvelle page artiste Tal Rasha. J’ai remarqué que c’est aussi le cas sur Apple Music le problème doit être sans doute présent sur toutes les plateformes

@Marty pour que l’on puisse vous aider il faut nous fournir les liens suivants pour chaque plateforme concernée s’il vous plaît:

  • Le lien de la sortie;
  • Le lien du mauvais profil;
  • Le lien du bon profil (si vous n’en avez pas déjà un, indiquez “créer un nouveau profil”)

Bonjour, ça semble prendre pas mal de temps et nous avons une plus grosse sortie à venir à la fin du mois (un EP de 5 titres), on espère que le problème sera résolu à temps…
Il y a t’il quelque chose que l’on peut faire de notre coté pour accélérer le processus ?

I am really disappointed about Imusician for making such a mistake (i specifically mentioned an artist page needed to be made) and by the customer service here, it is taking way too much time and nobody wants to be in charge of it. And even if the demand to the platforms is made, it will probably take a lot of time as well…

So I am going to do it all again with another distributor, I ask you please to delete the single Gypsy Eyes Take Me There by Tal Rasha (I can’t post its url a 3rd time here otherwise my message is gonna be considered as spam) or tell me how to do it

As you guys don’t seem to have any refund policy, I am saddened to learn I am going to lose my money…

Hello @Marty, thanks for the feedback. Please be aware that the situation you experienced happens when there are artists with the same name. This is something we and other distributors can not control and despite we delivered your release by asking to create a new artist profile, it may happen that shops (that also work with automatic linking systems) do connect releases with the found artist name.
However, as offered, we have the solution to request shops to create a new profile and this is taking some processing time. Rest assured that after receiving your artist profiles, you can link them to your artist name in the dashboard and future releases will be automatically and correctly linked.
Our request was sent and it is not on Spotify’s hands, please allow them a few hours, usually it is solved within 5 business days.

The artist page seems to be created, with the song on Spotify, thank you. However it is still under someone else profile on the other platforms, does it need a little more time to be corrected?

  1. The link of your release;
  2. The link to the wrong artist profile;
  3. The link to your artist profile (write “create a new page” if you don’t already have one).
