Beatport and Traxsource were left off store options on recent release

Hi, I just discovered that a recent EP release of mine (6th February 2026), “Elixir”, inexplicably did not included Beatport or Traxsource, although they have been included on all my prior releases, and on two since then. I didn’t deselect them. The genre selection was fine, and I am registered with iMusician, so I don’t understand what the issue is and why they weren’t included. The barcode for my release is: EAN 4069493644227
Thank you.

Hey @BrunoDante,

Hi Carlos, I’m confused. I recently registered an iMusician label - Heavy Traffick. However, I have a release coming out this Friday - February 27th - and it includes both Traxsource and Beatport, however I am trying to schedule a release for March and selecting “iMusician | Heavy Traffick” as the label tells me it’s not eligible for Traxsource and Beatport. But in the terms and conditions it says I should be able to use it for both those labels. Is this due to the registration still being in the process system with those two labels? Cheers

UPDATE: I was able to schedule my next release optioning just “iMusician” (initially it wouldn’t let me do it), so, I’m assuming my registered label name “Heavy Traffick” has yet to be approved by Beatport and Traxsource.

Not exactly. You’ve created the label in your iMusician dashboard but you haven’t “registered” it. The process to register your label is explained here: How can I release my music on Beatport & Traxsource? | iMusician

At the moment, you’ve assigned our own label iM Electronica (which is already registered to Beatport & Traxsource) to your release and submitted your order to the quality check
