BeatPort Label Creation

Hello,

I would like to distribute tracks already out on Beatport.
Should I first create my label on Beatport through iMusician (and if yes, how can I do it?) or do differently?

I’m not sure I understand 100%. You would like to re-distribute tracks on Beatport with us and they’re already online at the moment via a different distributor?

No I would like to distribute tracks on Beatport but to be sure it will be on my own label name?
There are already distributed but on other platforms such as Spotify

It will be on your own label name only if your register it first. To do so:

  1. When ordering your release, click the + button under Release > Label to create a new custom label. Make sure that your desired label name doesn’t already exist on Beatport and/or Traxsource, as duplicate names are not allowed!
  2. After paying for your order, fill out this form to issue a registration request to Beatport and Traxsource. Label registration can take up to one month to be processed, so make sure to plan your release date accordingly. Remember, if your label is not registered, Beatport & Traxsource will not accept your release.
  3. If your registration is accepted, you’ll receive a confirmation email. Once approved, your release will be uploaded to the respective platform.
