I submitted the Beatport and Traxsource label registration form for my custom label MAGntkSOUL on May 28th.
My release was scheduled for June 12th, but it is currently not live on Beatport or Traxsource. I suspect the label is still pending approval from the shops, which caused the stores to reject the delivery.

Beatport and Traxsource haven’t yet approved your label’s registration request. Please wait until you get a confirmation email and then let us know. We’ll re-deliver the release once the label has been approved

It has now been over a month (33 days) since I submitted the form on May 28th, which exceeds the standard 4-week window. Since my release was scheduled for June 12th, this delay is starting to significantly impact my plans.
Could you please open an official inquiry with Beatport and Traxsource to check why the approval for MAGntkSOUL is taking longer than usual? I would really appreciate your support in moving this forward.

Regarding Traxsource, it seems that they simply didn’t approve your label.

Hi Carlos, thank you for making the release live. However, I noticed that the genre on Beatport is incorrectly set to ‘Mainstage’. This release is actually Afro House. Could you please submit a genre update to Beatport to move the EP to the Afro House category?
