Hi,
I’ve recently tried to release a new Single but I’m blocked on adding any contributors or performers, I get a symbol that greys out the box to input the necessary details.
This release is a re-release, but along side another track that will be added to the single aswell.
It was originally released under another artist name but I’m taking it down and changing it, and I can’t because of this feature.
It would be massively appreciated if someone would look into this and help me out,
Thank you for your time,
Best regards,
Hi,
The issue is resolved, this is my mistake and I’ve only just figured out how to do it!
My apologies for taking up your time, this is a user error, not a site error.
I would like to give a bit of criticism though, it wasn’t very clear on how to do it, and when I searched online, all I got was contact support because the symbol is a site issue, which I’ve learnt isn’t.
I think what would be really helpful is to change the symbol that shows up, I find it very misleading in my personal opinion, especially since you are blocked on changing anything until you have contributor added.
I appreciate you listening,
best regards,
