questo brano però è iscritto e depositato alla SIAE
La mia domanda è la seguente
è possibile procedere ugualmente Alla pubblicazione o la SIAE ha l’esclusiva e quindi voi non potete pubblicare un brano che è già depositato alla SIAE? Attualmente ho con voi un piano gratuito grazie buon lavoro

Registering your work to a collecting society (SIAE in your case) allows you to earn revenue from your performance royalties. We, as a distributor, take care of your mechanical rights and collect the revenue generated by the reproduction of your recordings via digital streams & downloads. More info on this here.
Since these are 2 different sets of rights, there is no possible overlap/conflict between SIAE and us regarding the exclusivity of your music
