Hi, before subscribing, I tested a release “Dream '87” using a custom label “Viaphon Records”. Now, I am subscribed to Amplify+ I am unable to use this label for free included in the Amplify+ plan as it appears locked to the Pay per release plan order in the basket. Would you please release it as it is adding an unnecessary delay to my ability to release this album. 
Perhaps, as a show of good spirit you could allow me free express delivery in compensation for the delay. I have also raised a ticket. Suggestion… would be a great 
feature for iMusician to add to the menu a support tab to view open tickets.

What do you mean by this? There hasn’t been any release distributed from your account prior to your subscription to AMPLIFY+ on 10.02.2026.
Tht’s normal since you’ve already created your free custom label uder the name Viaphon. If you select this label, you’ll see that there is no additionnal fee to your order.

To your first response. My release was not completed as I was testing your app and had no intention to pay as I would get the label included for free in the plan.
To your second response. I created the 2nd Viaphon label without the word Records to see if my plan was working, which it is and I know I can use the 2nd Viaphon label but I need the 1st label which is the full legal name.
Please release the Viaphon Records label probably stuck in the app basket in your system today so I can use it as you are delaying my release. Thanks.

By creating that label as a test, the system counted it as the one available label slot included in your plan.
To get you back on track, I’ve manually updated the label name to ‘Viaphon Records’ for you, so it’s ready to use in your order.
In the future, if you’re ever unsure how the plan limits work, please just give us a shout first! It’s much easier for us to clarify things beforehand than to fix the slots once they’re used up
