Can I select "Brazilian Funk" genre on iMusician's platform when trying to distribute to Beatport?

Hey, guys!
Is the “Brazilian Funk” genre option available on iMusician’s platform when trying to distribute to Beatport?
Some distributors don’t have it yet on their website, so i was wondering if it’s already available on Beatport, since it’s a new category.

I’m asking here because I don’t have a subscription on iMusician’s yet, so I can’t see the genre options.

Hey @adepe, thanks for reaching out.

Brazilian Funk is not in our genre list at the moment as it’s not supported by most DSPs (most releases are labelled as “Latin Pop”). Remember that genres are voluntarily kept large by the shops to allow wider reach.
