Hello fellow musicians!
It seems we’re unable to log in into our Spotify account with the imusician login data. Is that normal? And can that somehow be changed?

You must first create a Spotify for Artists account than request your artist account when your song is published

To do this, you need to request access to your Spotify for Artist profile and then you’ll be able to personalize it as you wish

Hi @Carlos,
It’s us again. We cannot access our Spotify account. That would be the first step to be able to upgrade to Spotify for Artists.
We therefore need our login data for Spotify first in order to be able to upgrade to Spotify for Artists. However, we do not know how to get the login data in the first place (as our email address is not connected to any Spotify account).
As we did everything via imusician we assumed that you must have the login data for our Spotify account somewhere or you can at least tell us how to get it.

We (distributor) do not have any login data to hare with you as these are private. Spotify explains here how you can claim your artist profile, if you have any further questions please feel free to reach out to them so they can help you
