Can you pay for an Artist Hub Pro Page by itself after a release?

Hi:

Just Curious:

If I released something on standard rate, then decided a month or two later I wanted to just augment it with an Artist Hub Pro page, how would that work now?

Would I subscribe for a month to Amplify Plus, & that would enable the ability to then have the page?

Also, I’m on Amp Plus right now, but the contact option is not available. Any idea why?

If you want to access Artist Hub Pro, you will have to change your subscription to our AMPLIFY plan (5€/month or 50€/year). Once your new subscription begins, you will have access to all the features it offers, including Artist Hub Pro.

If the contact option is not availabe on your account there are 2 explanations possible :

  1. You have logged into another account that isn’t subscribed to AMPLIFY+;
  2. Your subscription wasn’t renewed or started correctly.

I am logged in under my name, & am very much subscribed to Amplify Plus at the moment.

Please try the following:

  1. Delete cookies, cache, browser data;
  2. Deactivate any browser add-ons;
  3. Open the website via an incognito browser window.

If the problem still persists after that, please let me know and we will look further into it with our technical team.
