I understand that the invoice has already been paid, that is why I am asking for a refund. However, the release has not been published or checked yet and I would like to cancel the distribution request for order #3412810 which I let you know in less than 120 minutes after placing the order.
Could you please check if the release (that is scheduled for beginning of April since it was the „free plan“ with waiting time) can still be stopped and if a refund is possible? @Carlos

There is no release scheduled for early April. The only release in your library is UPC 194271637512 with a release date set to 24.03.2026. Do you confirm this is the one you want to to cancel?
