Canceling an invoice

I was going to purchase a subscription, but it is attached to my profile, and it will not cancel. WHY? I want to repurchase because I have a discount code, but when I try to buy the subscription, it keeps telling me I have an old invoice. When I hit cancel the invoice, it won’t go away.
I have never had so much trouble trying to give a company money in my life. why is it so difficult to 1. get a discount to work, 2. pay for subscriptions, 3. the lack of communication is unsettling

when i go to try to buy amplify subscription. it won’t let me. when I try to hit the button to buy. it says there is an old unpaid invoice in my cart that only opens up. then when I go to my cart and hit cancel. it doesn’t do anything its still there. it won’t cancel the old order so I can purchase another one


I don’t know why, but I have had problems joining. I tried to join during the Christmas sale and had problems with my card going through. I called my credit card, and they unblocked it. The next day, I tried, and the sale disappeared before Cyber Week was over. Now this.
