Cancellation

Hi. I Started a release a few days ago to be scheduled to august 6th. I would like to cancel this release. If I try to cancel it from the menu it says a confirmation email will be sent. However I don’t receive anything. My invoice number is 3357640.

If you’re not receiving the confirmation email it means that your address is either:

  • Not set-up properly
  • Redirecting our emails to your spam folder
  • Not the right one (you might be checking the wrong inbox)

Please double check your inbox settings and make sure you’re able to receive our emails.

Hi!

I have double checked the address and it seems ok. I have already received some other emails from you. But not this one. There is anything in spam as well.

Could it be because the release date is planned for August 6th?

I need to retire the release.
