Hace unas semanas publiqué mi contenido en iMusician, para subirlo a Instagram/Facebook. Me cobraron dinero para que estuviese disponible en la fecha que seleccioné, y actualmente no lo está. Me aparece mi álbum como entregado, pero no está aún disponible en las Redes Sociales que seleccioné para añadirla a publicaciones y stories, ¿Cómo podemos solucionarlo?
Hello @AMB, thanks for the inquiry. So we are experiencing a delay with META, it seems they are requiring time to verify the metadata on their end due to security reasons.
I checked the release and it has been delivered by us. We know that it could take about to 2-3 months for the delivery. Unfortunately, our intervention is limited.
