Hello, I have an account on iMusician since 2010, however I cannot acces it anymore. I just tried changing my password and there was no message sent to my e-mail account. Also when i tried to sign-up for this forum there was no activation link sent to my mail. I used a different address now to get on the forum. Can you help me access my account?

Yes I checked both. Also when I try to login with my normal password I get the message: “The provided credentials are invalid, check for spelling mistakes in your password or username, email address, or phone number.” I never changed any of this, but it is a long time ago that I logged in for the last time. Did something change?

No nothing changed on our end. It just looks like you’re trying to log in with incorrect credentials (most likely the email address is not the right one).
I never changed my e-mail adress. I even have the first e-mail I got from Imusician still in the inbox. Is there maybe a way you could check what e-mail adress corresponds with my account? (In the unlikely case someone else changed it)
