Cannot confirm existing Spotify and Profiles when adding them to Musician artist

Hi,

I just released a track through iMusician from an artist I had previously released tracks with on iMusician, but the track ended up on the wrong Spotify profile. I have already made a request on spotify to change it.
However I want to prevent this for my next release. I noticed that in the iMusician dashboard I can attach the existing profiles on Spotify and Apple music to the iMusician artist. However I am unable to save the selection. When I close it, the linked profiles are not saved and I can keep entering them again and again. Am I missing something?

Here’s an image to illustrate my issue. Left is the panel when I attach the correct artist profiles. When I close the panel and reopen it, it reverts back to empty profiles (right image):

There’s no save button to confirm the changes, I can only just close the panel.

Can you help me attach the right profiles to my artist? I’m making publicity around a release and I really don’t want to have a new release end op on the wrong page again.
