Cannot request change to an undelivered release

Im trying to request a change on an undelivered track, the dash gives me an option between subscribing and paying 10 dollars. When I choose the 10 dollar option and click continue, the screen instantly goes to a screen with a red circle with an x in the middle that says, “Payment failed”. I then decided to add my payment information into my account, and after doing so, requested to make a change to my release, but the continue still goes into the payment failed screen. The track is to be released on the 7th of may so I know I have time to make changes.

Hey @TremeLordez, it looks like both your payments failed due to an authorization error. Could you please try again and eventually check with your card provider if the issue persists. You can also try with a different payment method if it fails again :slight_smile:
