I’m not receiving notifying letters about actions such as release edits, tickets and take downs, which probably means I cant contact the support. Weird part is that they’ve sent me a letter when I distributed the song, but since then not a word back. I just paid 80 euros for the subscription btw. any chance you all had the same issue or tips on how to fix it? thanks in advance
