it always says Payment failed even though i know my info is correct and i’ve tried both paypal and credit card…

Hey @eifach_cj,
Unfortunately your transactions have been rejected by your credit card provided because you do not have sufficient funds. You might want to check that with your bank first.
Regarding PayPal, the trasaction was simply refused; it’s either because of your funds or an issue with the identification process. You might also want to look into this with PayPal directly
